Lower Left Back Pain

Lower left back pain is a common area for back pain, and it is caused by many things. Lower left back pain can be caused by poor posture, improper use of muscles, lifting to much weight with your back. The lower back is basically a supporter to the upper body, if you sit in a computer chair for hours upon hours you will strain your lower back and possibly get a back injury. It's hard to believe, but the number one cause of lower back pain is actually kidney stones. Kidney stones are actually very easy to spot for a doctor. The number two cause for lower back pain is gastrointestinal problems, these are problems in the stomach and intestine. This type of pain comes and goes, and usually comes in a pattern. To avoid lower back pains stretch before running or jogging, and if you know you are going to be sitting at your computer for a long time, plan for breaks, take them and reposition yourself. If your having lower left back pains follow these easy steps to feel pain free without visiting a doctor; hold an ice pack where your back hurts for five minutes, heat the affected area with a hot shower or a heating pad, take an over-the-counter pain killer, and stretch your back by laying face down with your hands behind your back while arching your back. Sleeping with back pain can be very tough, try finding a comfortable position. Also when your sleeping try to reposition your self every 1-3 hours, this way your back won't strain for a long period of time. To strengthen your back and reduce chances of having back problems try natural activities, such as walking, swimming, and even riding a bicycle. Also try joining a yoga program, this seems to be one of the best activities for strengthening back muscles. If you're currently having back pains take it easy by resting, walking, and lightly stretching. Lower back pain is one of the most common reasons for visiting a chiropractor. Chiropractors deal with pain, joint pain, back pain, muscular pain, but also hip pain and leg pain caused from the lower back. If you go to see a chiropractor they aren't just going to look at the pain, they are also going to try and get the whole system working better. Which overtime will keep you from having having back problems and pains.
